Shipping Policy


We provide FREE SHIPPING!  Once an order has been placed, IT CANNOT BE CANCELED. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You can find more details about refunds in our Refunds Policy section.

Please verify shipping, billing, and email information is correct before submitting payment. Lost packages due to INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER during purchase is not the responsibility of Dragon Treasures.  Refunds will not be issued if returned packages are not received by Dragon Treasures. 

Shipping is trackable to most countries. Tracking information may not be updated right away, please allow some days after shipping for tracking information to be updated. You can track your order using our TRACK YOUR ORDER tab or


We currently provide shipping with tracking to the United States and most other countries. However, although we offer global shipping, please note that tracking may not be available when shipping outside of the United States to very few select countries.  


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to high demand and high volumes of orders, purchase orders are processed within 2 – 5 business days on average and may take 2-4 weeks to arrive (United States) or 2-5 weeks (Globally outside of the United States) on average (may take longer during holiday seasons).  Please note some items/sizes may take longer to process due to high demand. Additionally, items are shipped out via our partner warehouses across various countries, we do this to accommodate our ability to provide global shipping.

If product ships from US warehouse to US customer then shipping time is about 4-7 business days (pending any delays). Please note only selected items ship from US warehouse.

*Shirts/hoodies are 3-7 days shipping on average.

Orders are not shipped after the closing of business on Friday. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays.

Please note that order delivery time can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws and other variables which is beyond our control. We will do our best to communicate said situations appropriately. Please understand we cannot be held responsible for these situations.

Products are typically shipped out individually once available in order to get them to you quicker.

Since our products are in high demand and we work with various manufacturers, you may experience different shipping times for different products. This is especially true during holiday season (November & December months) when there are extremely high volumes of orders.  Please note that processing & shipping times may at times be longer than average.  

If order tracking code indicates that order has been delivered and does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please get in touch with your local Post Office and file a claim. This includes cases where packages have not been delivered and have been in transit for too long without additional updates on tracking codes (longer than the maximum range of our advertised shipping times). Since we offer free shipping, Dragon Treasures cannot reimburse and is not responsible for orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property.

Additionally, orders are sometimes held at the local post office for customer pick up.  We have no control of this.  It is the responsibility of the customer to consistently track their order using the tracking number and picking item up at local post office if this occurs. 

Please note that Shipping Confirmation emails are not sent immediately after we ship out items on our end.  Emails with tracking code are typically sent out the next day, when our systems perform their daily updates.

Lastly, if you notice that items are being held at local postal currier facility (USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, etc.) for an extended period of time, we strongly recommend you call your local postal currier and inquire about your order.  WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF ITEMS IN TRANSIT ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OUT OF OUR FACILITIES.

Please remember that once an order has been shipped it CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND/OR REFUNDED unless item obtained was damaged during transit.    

*We are seeing some delays from many postal curriers! This is due to the high volume of the holiday season.  This typically occurs every year around the NOVEMBER & DECEMBER months.  Please know that we have no control of this. Please allow some additional weeks for orders to arrive in the event that your local postal currier is affected"
