Refund/Returns (If applicable)
Our policy is in place until 10 days from item delivery. We are unable to offer refunds for orders more than 10 days since their delivery date.
Once an order has been placed, IT CANNOT BE CANCELED. Orders are typically processed within the hour to be sent/concluded with the processing team, although at times, it can take up to 2-5 days.
To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not refundable. Only damaged items due to shipping may be returned/refunded. We strongly advise customers to take proper precautions when using our products for optimum upkeep. This includes no hard manual labor or showering while wearing jewelry.
Additionally, we DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS/EXCHANGES for incorrect sizes/styles ordered. Please note that although we provide sizing charts for 'do-it-yourself' measurements, we ALWAYS recommend you visit a local jewelry shop to professionally obtain your measurements.
Please note that for any issues that arise, same day of delivery pictures of items must be sent in advance to confirm receipt of issue evidence before moving forward with refund/return process.
Dragon Treasures does not provide refunds if the customer has changed their mind after purchase of items. All sales are final. We also do not provide refunds for incorrect information entered (ring size, bracelet size, billing address, shipping address, etc.) and we do not provide exchanges. Additionally, PROCESSING TAKES 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS ON AVERAGE AND SHIPPING MAY TAKE 2-4 WEEKS ON AVERAGE DUE TO HIGH DEMAND OF OUR PRODUCTS (may take longer during holiday seasons or ***delays- information on delays at bottom of page*** ). Please note some items/sizes may take longer to process due to high demand. We do not provide refunds until confirmation of item receipt has been made. In the event that we send you a replacement item to replace an item that was damaged during shipment (pictures of damaged item must be sent to us the same day of delivery date), and the replacement is also broken due to shipment, you must include photos of BOTH the original and resent items to confirm both items are broken in order to qualify for a refund. Although this is an extremely rare occurrence, we understand it can still happen.
Additionally, please note that our prices are USD and price number may reflect differently in account when converted to other currencies of other countries. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES WHEN RETURNING ITEMS (ONLY RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGED SHIPMENT WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEE REIMBURSEMENT)
*Shirts/hoodies are 3-7 days shipping on average.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Engraved or personalized items will not be refunded. Additionally, due to COVID-19, we cannot accept any items that have been worn.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that we do not accept returns to customers who simply have changed their mind about their orders.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be patient. It may take some time for the refund to kick in. Periodically check your bank account and/or credit card amount (depending on method of original payment).
If you still have not received your refund and a reasonable amount of time has passed, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items CANNOT be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (if you a quality for a return). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our partner warehouses across the globe (we ship out from different countries depending on item demand and availability). This also allows us to easily ship at a global scale. If shipping from outside of your county, please expect 2-5 weeks on average to receive your order.
If you are shipping an item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please allow our standard processing and shipping times to pass to receive your order. If you do not receive them after said time passes, please reach out to our Dragon Support Team via the CONTACT US tab.
Again, please remember that once an order has been placed it CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND/OR REFUNDED until received and if applicable to above guidelines.
As a final note, please know that the Dragon Treasures team works very quickly in processing and shipping out orders. In the event that you notice a mistake with your recently purchased order, it is imperative that you communicate with us as quickly as possible in order for us to make any necessary back-end changes to your order before it ships. Preferably within 30 minutes of placing your order. This includes replying to any Support Tickets as quickly as possible.
