In order to become a Dragon Rider, one must tame a Dragon and prove that they can fight together. Once a pact was created with a Dragon then the Rider would present his skills in front of the Dragon King. If the Dragon King deemed the Rider worthy of joining the Dragon Rider ranks then he would present this Dragon Rider Ring to the Rider, inducting the Rider into the Dragon Rider ranks.
